Before our wedding, he took time to know who we were and what are needs were. During the wedding, he advocated for getting those shots and special moments captured. I have been involved in dozens of other weddings as a bride's maid and my experience with those photographers didn't set my expectations very high (i.e. disorganized, unresponsive, uptight, had undisclosed expenses, slow with getting pictures back).
